There is a new product which is daily commodity.Soap --- a float soap. What is the characteristic of this soap? *That's mean you won't lose it in the bathtub when you have a bath.And there are two ways that you can make it float.One is choosing ingredients that are less dense than water ,and the other one is to add air bubbles to each bar during the manufacturing process. That's a simple introduction about this soap. So next let's discusses about this idea.
Let us look the benefit about that: That is really can help to solve a problem which is when you in the bathtub for a relax bath and then you can't find your soap... Because it fall in your bathtub, and you know it will be very difficult to find out it... so what could you do ? To feel all the bathtub for find it?Or make all of the water run off? And also I think if we use the second way which is to add air bubbles to each bar during the manufacturing process that really good ,like that's may make the soap looks more beautiful, more special.That's also can become a USP.
Then let's talk about it's weakness: There are two points first one is the cost of the product the other one is about the market.So the cost will be very high I think because it should need use the new technology and also if you want to add the value of the small soap to increase the profit you need cost a lot on the packaging on the making shape to the soap.So it must be a lot of cost. Then we need talk about the market So I have a question that is Does anybody need the float soap? Does it useful to anybody? When a new product is sale the most important thing is the demand of the product.So I have think about if the soap in the bathtub which has full of the water for a long time it must will be melt.Getting smaller and smaller.Basically if we have added air bubbles in the middle of the soap the weight of the soap already is very little.So the time of one soap can be used will be very short.So that mean people may consider which one should they buy the traditional one or the new one?Which one will cheaper for use a long time,and don't change? Of course the answer is the old one that most of people can believe it.
So for this reason I don't think the soap will sell well.

This is a advertisement which is about the chocolate.The DAIRY MILK CHOCOLATE.First when I saw this I think it's is really funny.I can't really understand why a chocolate advertising use a funny black gorilla???!!But after I watched this several times I think I understand a little .So I think I should write it out and share with others.
First I think the aim of they use a funny gorilla is let people easier to remember this advertise .Just because It's is not a normal way that people to think with the chocolate so it is very special.People always can remember special things. Second the advertisement also use a music, a relax music.That seems make the gorilla very comfortable very relax also very exciting! Therefore the big black gorilla could play that good beats... All this advertising focus on the gorilla and at the last the product come out . It looks like the conclusion of all the things before like why there is a gorilla? why it play the beats? why it is very exciting,very relax?...
This is the successful things in this advertisement .Because just at the beginning it already can attract people ,it can make people have curiosities ,make people want to know what will happened next.That's great.
But on the other hand I think there are also some weakness like the time to show the product it too short.The most of time is cost on the gorilla.And I think the gorilla and chocolate are not contact too tightness.... I don't know just my feeling.
But there is one point can successful attract consumers .It's already good .

Oh... ...Actually I don't understand why there is a ban usiness idea like that ,which is fire the T-shirt by the Air Connon. What a crazy business idea !Why and when we need to fire a T-shirt by the connon?So I don't think it is a good business idea.
Firstly,where is the market ? who is the consumer?But the intro duction said :"Created as a sport venue novelty,Air Cannons can fire T-shirt far into the air and their range and direction can be cont rolled.".Why we need do that ? I still don't understand.
Secondly,why the T-shirt should be fire?And what the aim to do that ?....That's really make me confusing.
Therefore I think not a real good idea.

But after I see some photos about it, I have change my mind a little.That's because I start to know what we can do with it. So waht we can do ? In my oponion some start whatever the singers the dancers or the sport starts...when they having a perform the want to make the audiences excited, they can use it. For example in the vocal concert also the palaestra, somewhere is very big you can use it .But you can't use it whenever and everywhere you want ,cause I think may it is a bit dangours,isn't it?
But a good thing for that ,also a point what I like is it have many shapes such as somethings like the basketball,the toothfaste ,the guiter,coca cola 's bottle,the baseball bat.... Very interesting! Some of them are really beautiful very attract people's attention.That's the good side.
So totaly ,I think the disadvantages are more than the advantages of this product.the market can't be very wide.Cause not very useful for most people .
But the words above here just my personal opinion.May be it is very good .Just I do not think it is!But I really like the disign of the shapes,really nice!

Secondly,to start this business you don't need cost a lot . And I think all of your cost are fixed cost.Because you just need buy some machines and the product what you want.
And there also have some points you need to consider.I think the most 2 important things are the location of your machines and the product in your machines.To make these two things all right I think you will be successful .
The location : Let's think why the location is very important for the veding machines ? The location where your vending machines operate is the key to how well you can generate a income by operating vending machines. If you choose somwhere don't have so many people.If you choose somewhere have many shops.In my opinion you may can't make any profit.So the best location you choose the most profit you make!

Band Rehearsal Space Rentals

Today let's talk about the music bands.Now more and more people does like play music .There are so many kinds of music such as rock, pop....Also there are so many people enjoying in them.So the people who likes the some kind of music could come together and make a group that called a small band.

So what is a band going to do ?Certainly they will create some music ,so they need practise their music they need to rehearsal .But the problem is could they rehearsal anywhere?Of course not. They couldn't!Because if they find somewhere such as : someone's home ,the reason for they can't do this is the music that played by them may is noisy for somebody else.Or they can find another places but the reason for this is that place is not easy to find .It's really difficult to find a right place , so what .... Now there is a business idea come out ,which is "To bulit a rehearsal studio." So if we find somewhere where Soundproofing is good,and we can bulit the rehearsal rooms sound good, comfortable and very clean.That's will be good . And also we also can offer some strings, picks, batteries as well as cold drinks and snacks.That's wiil be perfect!!

Also we do not need to prepare a lot the most important thing is several Soundproofing rooms .At the basicly that's all.And the money is easy to earn because the cost of this business are just the space and the electricity at the most we need some stuff to play music or some drink,food.And we don't need a lot of labours.For example we can think about 20 pounds /hour.Like: All Rehearsal Rooms - $20 per hour

I like boating on the river,It makes me feel very relax and comfortable. I think there are many people likes me that likes to sit on a boat to visit somewhere. Especially in summer!

So there is a business idea " At a local river creek or waterside location operate Kayak."I think it is really good idea.

Because people will enjoy it .It is health and interesting~and the kayak can be rent to the guests with a expensive price. I think all this guests come to visit somewhrere they want to have a look for all the place . But here has a important point that is the location.Is there a beautiful place that can attract people ?

Also in that business you can use natural environment you do not need to buy or rent a place.This is an advantange.So that's can make your fixed cost less.But on the other hand I think you need some people who can row the Kayak ,Because If you do not let the person go with the guests It will be dangerous~so even you don't need the place but you also need some staff!

But according what I have read I found people really enjoy it ,so I think it is a good idea...

I WILL WORK HARD !!!

In fact I feel so bad because of I didn't do any work with my blog for a long time... I know to do a blog will be very helpful for my English and business study.So from now I decide to do a blog as much as I can ! To try my best to practise my poor English.
Before that I thought I will very comfortable without to do a blog and also make me feel easiler about the homework even for the life . But now I aware I'm completly wrong .Now I feel worse and worse on my business study!And sometime I do not know what the class talk about,and I don't know what should I do. Ofcourse I know why ,because I have never done the blog, sometime the homework .And I always find an excuse for myself ,that is :" The work is too hard for me ,I can not do any thing with my poor English!" So... That's why...
So now I know I can't do like that anymore.Because I want to become a good student right now ~ So I promise I will do my blog and work hard even though it is too hard for me .But I will try my best ~!
( P.S I think Mr.chris is a good teacher .He always encourage me and help me . So just for this reason I won't give up ! )

Cat droppings coffee costs £50 a cup！！！！

There are so many hot drinks around us ,tea, coffe, hot chocolate ,also juice ...coffe is one of the most popular drinks in our lives. People do like coffe's taste what is a bit bitter but still tasty,that's perfect ! So do I.
But normaly do you know how much for one cup of coffe?I suppose might be 1 or 2pounds.Even in the "Starbucks"might be 10 or 20 pounds although I never been to there, just I suppose!The price is ok for me but a little bit expensive,because the exchange rate~ So if I spend 10-20 pounds on a cup of coffe I could accept it. But today I know a kinds of coffe which is the price 50-100 pounds...!! Oh,god! I have no idea about it bucases I think it's so expensive ...but let's see why it's can be expensive like that ?The reason of the problem is : "the drink is a blend of Jamaican Blue Mountain and the rare Kopi Luwak bean, which sells for £324 a kilo." That's why it could become "the world's most expensive coffee".
And also in my opinion that not a good business idea.why I think like that,because even though it has very good material good quality and good tastebut because the price it wouldn't accept by most people ,so it wouldn't have so many customers,even they have some just some rich people or someone who likes enjory life.So taht's might mean this coffe won't have a widely market... that's why it won't earn lots of money.
We can see this taype of coffe cost a lot . So the manager couldn't make so much porfit oppsite might cost more than income...because just look at the variable cost already quite considerable...and I think because the coffe is very diengnity so it must need a good environment to create a coffe shop so the fixed cost wouldn't low.So the business like that total cost much more than income may be won't have successful!
But everything is not absolute. This just my opinion.But I also know a way about if you just sell ration coffe... may be you will make porfit!
In fact for myself I can't accept just a cup of coffe costs me 50 even 100 pounds...
