About Employment

The day before yesterday an important thing happened in oxford.The BMW car company in oxford -MINI car company 650 people lost their job.Because of the recession many people already become unemployed so it is the biggest problem for British also for the world.So we really need to solve it.If not the Economy will worse and worse.

So today I am going to review so knowledge about "Employing people" :
Employees are the part of a business,They usually work under a employment contract in return for ssssalaries and wages.They are very important in a business.
So what do we need to consider before we hire a new extral staff?
*Quality experience required of staff
*The length of time that the staff will be need

For employment we could have two types: one is Full time employee(35+hours per week) the other is Part time employee(30hours per week). So I will compare those two types of employment.
Full time :
*available all the time to handle unexpected events.
*usually have more experience as their working time is longer.
*Higher cost
they might help to increase flexibility
Part time :
*they don't need to woek for the extral time unless more wages are given
*They don't have deeply understanding
*Lower cost
*Increase the flexibility of the business as they cover the exctra wrok
